Staff

Mr. Guest is our Executive Headteacher. He has been a headteacher for twenty years and has a passion for inclusive schools, fun and engaging learning, and ensuring wider opportunities are available for all children. 

 

 


Mrs Howie is our creative and inspirational Class 1 Teacher and Assistant Headteacher for Whittlebury.  Mrs Howie teaches Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2. She has a passion for Art and is our Early Years, Art, RE and Collective worship lead across The Federation. Her classroom is a vibrant and exciting learning environment which inspires her pupils to enjoy learning. She loves outdoor learning and ensures she creates a stimulating and creative curriculum.


Mrs Townsend is the super School Business Manager across the whole Federation and is regularly in the office at each of our five schools. She has been with us many years and began her school career here at Whittlebury Primary School.

 


Mrs Reeve is our Office Manager who works across the whole Federation. Mrs Reeve previously worked at Whittlebury and Gayton Primary School. She is a friendly lady who is always willing to help in any way she can. 

 

 


Mrs Ginn is our Admin Assistant who works in the school office. Mrs Ginn was previously a Teaching Assistant here at Whittlebury. She is a kind, patient and caring lady who is always willing to help. 

 

 


Mrs Russ is our part-time Class 2 teacher, teaching Year 3 and Year 4.  She has a creative flare and enjoys being able to teach outdoors whenever the opportunity arises. Miss Dicks’ favourite subject is art quickly followed by getting her teeth into the topic of the term and engaging with everyone in her class.

 


Miss Noctor is our part-time Class 2 teacher, teaching Year 3 and 4 alongside Miss Dicks. She is an exciting and inspirational teacher and enjoys achieving the best outcomes for all pupils. Her wealth of experience and knowledge ensures the children receive a fantastic education.

 


Mr Francis is our dedicated and caring Class 3 teacher. With his passion for teaching and commitment to every child's success, Mr Francis creates a positive and engaging learning environment where children feel supported, confident, and inspired to learn.

 

 


Mrs Whitbread is our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENCO), who works across all five of our schools.

Mrs Whitbread is dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive. She works closely with children, families, teachers, and other professionals to identify individual needs and help ensure that every child can access and enjoy their learning.


Mrs Harris is our Specialist Pastoral Support Assistant who works across the Federation. She has a good relationship with all the children and knows exactly how to help them reach their potential. She works with them on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups as required. Mrs Harris is passionate about PE and enjoys supporting the children in various sporting events within school, the Forest Federation and at interschool competitions and events.

 

 


Mrs Holden is our wonderful Higher Level Teaching Assistant and plays a vital role in supporting all of our classrooms with her wealth of experience. Her kindness and care are evident in everything she does, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team.

 

 


Mrs Brown is amazing and works in Class 1 as a Teaching Assistant supporting Mrs Howie. She has a wealth of knowledge in Early Years and works hard in ensuring all the children reach their full potential.

 

 


Mrs Webb joined our school from Stoke Bruerne, bringing a wealth of experience in supporting children's learning and development. She works with Class 2 as a Teaching Assistant. Mrs Webb is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. 

 


Mrs Smith is our SEN Teaching Assistant supporting Class 1. Mrs Smith is a dedicated and experienced professional who is known for her calm, friendly, and passionate approach to supporting every child in her care.

 

 


Miss Smith is our 1:1 Teaching Assistant. Miss Smith will be working closely with a child and small groups in Class 1.

Miss Smith is known for her patience, care, and fantastic rapport with children. Her dedication and expertise will undoubtedly enrich the learning experiences of the children in her care.

 


Mr Pluck is our Site Supervisor, working across the Forest Federation.  He is our DIY expert, landscape gardener and general all-rounder.  He works hard to keep our school grounds tidy and our school environment maintained.

 


Mrs Webb is one of our Lunchtime Supervisors. She plays an essential role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our children during lunchtime. Mrs Webb not only assists children with their meals but also ensures they are engaged in enjoyable activities in the playground.

 

 


Mrs Day is our Lunchtime Supervisor. She is friendly and plays a vital role in making sure lunchtimes are safe, happy and enjoyable for all children.
